How to cook young potatoes without peeling: a simple idea
Hot young potatoes with lard and herbs are one of the main dishes of spring and summer. It is especially delicious when combined with a fresh salad. But peeling such a vegetable is not easy as the peel sticks to your hands and does not come off easily.

Ingredients:
- young potatoes - 1 kg
- oil
- butter - 100 g
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- dill and parsley
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes well and dry them with a paper towel.
2. Cover the mold with parchment paper and put the potatoes in it.
3. Drizzle with a little oil and mix well.
4. Bake at180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
5. Melt butter, add chopped garlic and chopped herbs, and mix well.
6. When the potatoes are ready, take a glass and press each potato right in the mold.
7. Add spices to taste.
8. Brush each potato with butter and herbs and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
9. Serve with meat or fish.
