The idea of cooking potatoes with mushrooms in cream for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yana with the nickname yana cooking. The vegetable and mushrooms need to be baked.
Ingredients:
- young potatoes - 1 kg.
- eringi mushrooms - 3 pcs.
- champignons - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- 33% cream
- parsley
- butter
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the young potatoes.
2. Put them in a mold.
3. Add some butter.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
5. Dice the mushrooms into large cubes and slice the onion.
6. Fry until tender, season with salt and pepper and add cream.
7. Add the mushrooms to the potatoes.
8. Stir and bake until the potatoes are tender.
9. Serve with greens.
