How to cook young potatoes to make a crispy crust: recipe

Young potatoes can already be found in some stores and markets. Traditionally, this vegetable is boiled and topped with butter and lots of herbs. But if you like a crispy crust, you can bake them.
The idea of cooking crispy young potatoes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna (irisha_redko). Do not forget about the delicate sour cream sauce for serving.
Ingredients:
- young potatoes
- salt, pepper
- garlic - 2 cloves
- olive oil - 1-2 tbsp
- spices for potatoes, Swansea salt
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
- dill, parsley, green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
2. Cook in salted water for 3 minutes after boiling.
3. Drain the water.
4. Put the potatoes in a deep bowl, add your favorite potato spices: paprika, dry garlic, a few cloves of garlic passed through a garlic press, oil, and mix well.
5. Put the parchment on a baking sheet and spread the potatoes on it.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, top-down mode. You can turn on convection 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
7. Be sure to prepare the sauce for the potatoes: sour cream + finely chopped herbs + salt + pepper.
