How to cook young corn deliciously so that it is not hard and dry: a very simple way
Flavorful sweet corn is a true taste of summer. But it is very important to cook this vegetable properly. It is worth remembering that more ripe corn takes longer to cook than young corn.
The idea of cooking delicious corn was published on the Instagram page of the famous Ukrainian chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky (yaroslavskyi vova). Put butter and herbs on the already boiled fruit.
How to boil corn:
1. Peel the young, sweet corn.
2. Put some of the greens from the heads of cabbage on the bottom of the pan.
3. Pour water to cover the corn completely.
4. Add a little salt and put some more leaves on top for flavor.
5. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-20 minutes.
6. More mature corn needs about 45 minutes and up to an hour.
7. You can leave the ready-made heads of cabbage in the water for 5-10 minutes, and then immediately drain the water.
