Cook Iryna shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious broccoli, tomato, and spinach muffins that are very light and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- broccoli - 100 g
- green peas - 2 tbsp
- spinach - 10 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop all the vegetables and mix thoroughly.
2. Mix the eggs with the sour cream and flour, mix well and add the mixture to the vegetables.
3. Put the prepared mixture into the muffin tins and bake for 35 minutes at 190 C.
