How to cook tomatoes in a new way: options for quick appetizers
If someone thinks that tomatoes can only be fermented, canned, or added to salads, they are very much mistaken. After all, such a simple product can be prepared in a completely new way and served as an independent dish.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Sunflower oil - 100 ml
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Mild mustard - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1\2 tsp.
- Green parsley, dill, basil, green onions
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the tomatoes into slices. Chop all the herbs.
- Mix oil, salt, black pepper, honey, vinegar, mustard, and crushed garlic.
- Add the herbs to the mixture. Stir to combine.
- Put the tomatoes and sauce in layers in a tall bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Feta cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Parsley.
Method of preparation:
- Cut off the bottom of each tomato and core the vegetable.
- Chop the parsley. Mash the cheese. Grate the garlic.
- Mix everything and add sour cream.
- Put the mixture into each tomato.
