How to cook tomato sauce so that it goes well with any dish
Sauce is not only a great spicy condiment but also a perfect way to bring out the flavor and aroma of fish and meat dishes. However, these sauces can also ruin the whole dish if they are not prepared correctly.
Ravshan Khamidov shared a recipe for a delicious sauce for meat and poultry that everyone can make.
Ingredients:
- homemade ketchup - 5 tbsp
- mustard - 1 tbsp
- tomatoes - 100 g
- onions - 10 g
- garlic - 1 clove
- cilantro - 5 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Cut the onion into small cubes (a quarter of an onion is enough). Add to the ketchup.
- Squeeze the garlic and add it to the onion.
- Dice the tomato into small cubes. Add it to the ketchup.
- Grate a little lemon zest. Squeeze out the lemon juice, removing the seeds so that they do not get into the sauce.
- Chop the cilantro coarsely, add it to the ketchup, and mix everything.
- Add all the spices and mix again.
- If desired, you can add olive oil.
