- pork neck - 1.5 kg
- onions - 400 g
Marinade for the dish.
- soy sauce - 100 g
- dry basil - 1 tbsp

- ground allspice - 1/2 tbsp
- salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into medium pieces.
2. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.

3. Put the onions in a saucepan, pour in the soy sauce, add the dried basil, pepper, and salt and mix, mashing the onions well.
