How to cook stuffed eggs in a new way: an interesting life hack

If you want to prepare the appetizer in a new way and surprise with a spectacular serving, you can use one life hack: pre-boil the eggs in beetroot mass.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3-6 pcs
- beets - 1 pc
- water - 0.5 liters
- vinegar - 1 tsp.
- mushrooms - 125-150 g
- butter - 1 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp.
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs until cooked.
2. Grate the beets, cover with water, add vinegar and cook for 20-30 minutes.
3. Peel the eggs and put them in the beets. Leave for 5 hours or overnight, depending on the color saturation you want to get.
4. Wash the mushrooms, grate them on a small grater and fry in oil until lightly browned.
5. Cut the cooked eggs in half and remove the yolk.
6. Rub the yolk into the cooled mushrooms, add mustard, mayonnaise, and spices, and mix until smooth.
7. Stuff the eggs and decorate as desired.
