How to cook sour cream cake with berries in the oven: the easiest recipe

No-bake desserts are a great solution when you need something quick to make for tea. Interestingly, some of them can be made with the simplest and most affordable ingredients. For example, the sour cream cake, which is based on shortcrust dough combined with a delicate sour cream filling.

Ingredients:

For the base:

  • wheat flour - 300 g
  • butter - 150 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • sugar - 50 g
  • salt
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

  • berries - 150-180 g
  • corn starch - 10 g
  • sour cream - 650 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • powdered sugar - 150 g
  • corn starch - 60 g

Method of preparation:

1. Rub the flour with cold butter with your hands to a state of crumbs.

2. Add the egg, sugar, salt, and baking powder and knead the soft elastic dough.

3. Spread the dough evenly in the mold, forming the sides. Put in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

4. Mix the berries with cornstarch. Prick the bottom of the base with a fork and put the berries in.

5. Mix sour cream, eggs, powdered sugar and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over the berries.

6. Bake at 175 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Then let cool and leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
