How to cook soup in an unusual way: just add these two ingredients
If you're already bored with the usual soups and borscht, it's easy to fix it by making flour soup Ukrainians call Zatyrka. The technology is simple: the first course is prepared on the basis of broth, traditional roast and vegetables. And the main feature is the so-called zatyrka, which is made of flour and eggs, rubbed with a spoon or with hands. It turns out to be quite unusual but very tasty at the same time.

Ingredients:
- chicken thighs
- potatoes
- onion
- carrot
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 1 glass
- green garlic
- salt, pepper, spices

Method of preparation:
1. First you need to boil the chicken thighs and divide the finished meat into fibers. Leave in the broth.
2. Cut and add the potatoes.

3. Meanwhile, cook the onion and carrot roast. When ready, add to the soup.
4. For the grout, mix the egg and flour. Rub the mixture with your hands or a spoon until it becomes crumby. Add to the soup.

6. Add spices.
7. Add garlic at the end.
