How to cook shrimp deliciously: share a recipe for a restaurant appetizer
If you want to prepare a tasty and healthy appetizer very quickly, choose shrimp as a base. They take no more than 5 minutes to cook, and if you add wine, garlic, spices, and herbs, you'll have a delicious dish in minutes.
The chef shared a recipe for delicious fried shrimp in wine, parsley, and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- King prawns – 10 pcs
- Butter – 80-100 g
- Corn starch – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Lime or lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Parsley – 1 tbsp
- White dry wine – 2 tbsp
For the broth:
- Shrimp shells
- Bay leaf
- Parsley stalks
- Green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the shrimp in cold water, and peel off the shell and intestines. Boil the broth from the shells (boil for 5 minutes).
2. Coat the butter in cornstarch and heat it in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry it for a minute until the butter turns golden.
3. Fry the peeled shrimp in vegetable oil for 1 minute on each side, then pour in the wine and add the hot broth after 1 minute. Add salt, black pepper, and lime juice. When the sauce begins to thicken, add the parsley, stir, and turn off the stove.
Serve the dish immediately, hot!
