How to cook shrimp deliciously at home: much better than in a restaurant

You can easily make delicious and spicy shrimp at home. All you need is a few simple ingredients that will add richness and spice to the seafood. All you need to do is fry everything in a frying pan and enjoy.

Cook Olha Ryabenko (olga riabenko) shared her tips on how to cook shrimp deliciously at home on Instagram. Do not hesitate to add fresh herbs - it will be tastier.

Ingredients:

  • shrimp - 500 g
  • salt, pepper
  • smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
  • zest of half a lemon
  • butter - 80 g
  • flour
  • olive oil
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • juice of half a lemon
  • fresh parsley

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and dry the shrimp with a paper towel.

2. Season with salt and pepper, paprika and lemon zest.

3. Stir and leave for a few minutes.

4. Mix the butter with the flour.

5. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat, add butter and flour.

6. Add chopped garlic and fry for a minute.

7. Put the shrimp in the frying pan and fry for 3-4 minutes.

8. Drizzle with lemon juice and add chopped parsley.
