Ingredients:
- medium-sized onion
- oil - 2 tbsp
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- tomato - 3 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- herbs
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion, pepper and tomatoes. Fry.
2. Add eggs, sprinkle with herbs and cover.
