A cook shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy shakshuka on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • medium-sized onion
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • tomato - 3 pcs.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • herbs
  • spices

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the onion, pepper and tomatoes. Fry.

2. Add eggs, sprinkle with herbs and cover.

Serve hot!
