How to cook scrambled eggs in a new way: a healthy breakfast idea in 10 minutes

If you're tired of the usual scrambled eggs for breakfast, you can cook them in a new way – as an omelet with oatmeal, ham, and vegetables. This dish takes only 10 minutes to prepare and is hearty, healthy, and balanced.

Nutritionist Alina Sapigaa shared a recipe for a healthy breakfast of eggs and oatmeal on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • oatmeal
  • avocado
  • ham
  • vegetables + nuts (for serving)
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Grease a frying pan with coconut oil.

2. Add salt and oatmeal, pre-soaked in water overnight, to the eggs. Stir with a fork.

3. Pour evenly into the pan, and fry for a few minutes. The lower part should be slightly browned.

4. After that, put slices of ham and avocado on top of one part of the scrambled eggs. Cover with the other part and remove from heat.

5. Serve with vegetables and nuts.
