How to cook rice so that it does not burn and does not stick together: we share a universal method
Cooking delicious puffed rice that doesn't look like porridge is not a task for everyone. Such cereal requires a special cooking technique because the texture is very sticky and often results in one solid lump. To avoid this, rice should be cooked in several stages.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- rice - 200 g
- onion - 1/2
- bell pepper (yellow/red) - 1/2
- mushrooms - 3-5 pcs.
- chicken fillet - 1/2
- toasted sesame seeds - 1 tsp.
- fish seasoning - 1/3 tsp.
- soy sauce - 70 ml
- vegetable oil - 20 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the rice with water 5-3 times. Pour 230 ml of water.
2. Cover with a lid, put the pot on high heat, and cook for 15 minutes.
3. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat to low and cook the rice without opening the lid or stirring it.
4. Turn off the heat, and let stand for a few minutes.
5. Open the lid, stir, cover with a moistened cotton towel, and let cool completely.
6. Add sesame seeds and fish seasoning.
7. Cut the onion and pepper into thin strips. Chop the mushrooms into slices.
8. Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
9. Heat the frying pan, pour in the oil, put the chicken, and fry until light golden brown over high heat.
10. Add the vegetables, and cook over high heat, stirring until the onions are soft.
11. Pour the rice with sesame seeds and seasoning, and mix.
12. Pour in the soy sauce, mix everything together, and fry for another minute.
13. Put the cooked rice on plates and sprinkle with green onions.
14. The rice should be completely cooled before frying, even yesterday's rice will do just fine.
