How to cook rice deliciously so that it is not dry: a complete dish that everyone will like
A cereal such as rice requires special cooking. This is because the product often turns out dry and bland. That's why it's best to bake it in a sleeve along with chicken.
The idea of cooking juicy rice with chicken was published on the Instagram page of chef Olha Riabenko. While the dish is in the oven, you can go about your business.
Ingredients:
- chicken legs - 6-8 pcs.
- salt - 2 tsp.
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- seasoning for chicken - 1 tsp.
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- oil - 60 ml.
- rice (preferably basmati) - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- tomato - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 pc.
- turmeric - 1 tsp.
- water - 600 ml.
- baking sleeve
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dried garlic and oil to the chicken legs.
2. Mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Pour rice, chopped onion and tomato into the baking sleeve. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
4. Add turmeric, salt, spices for chicken.
5. Pour in water and mix thoroughly.
6. Put the legs in the rice sleeve and add the garlic.
7. Tie, make cuts or pierce the sleeve and put it in a baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
