How to cook potatoes so that they remain healthy: a simple dish

The method of cooking potatoes determines how healthy they will be. And in this case, it's better not to choose frying or even mashed potatoes. The best option is to make a hearty potato gratin. It contains other healthy vegetables that go perfectly with each other. In addition, the dish is baked, so it retains maximum nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes
  • carrot
  • onion
  • garlic
  • sour cream
  • cottage cheese
  • water
  • pepper
  • salt (optional)

Method of preparation:

1. For the sauce, mix sour cream, garlic, water, salt and pepper.

2. Cut the vegetables into rings.

3. Pour the sauce over the potatoes.

4. Grease the mold and put everything in layers.

5. Potatoes, carrots, onions, sauce, cheese, potatoes again, then carrots, onions, sauce and cheese again.

6. Cover with a lid and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
