Ingredients:
- potatoes
- carrot
- onion
- garlic
- sour cream
- cottage cheese
- water
- pepper
- salt (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. For the sauce, mix sour cream, garlic, water, salt and pepper.
2. Cut the vegetables into rings.
3. Pour the sauce over the potatoes.
4. Grease the mold and put everything in layers.
5. Potatoes, carrots, onions, sauce, cheese, potatoes again, then carrots, onions, sauce and cheese again.
6. Cover with a lid and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
