How to cook potato patties with filling: pies in a new way
Potato patties are the same as potato zrazy and pies with filling. You can make them with different fillings: meat, minced meat, vegetables, stewed cabbage and even offal. Both the oven and the frying pan are suitable for cooking.

Ingredients:
- mashed potatoes - 600 g
- eggs - 1.5 pcs (+ 0.5 for greasing)
- whole wheat flour - 4 tbsp.
- flour (for modeling)
- salt
The filling:
- liver - 100 g
- hearts - 100 g
- stomachs - 100 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- spices
You can also use boiled meat with vegetables, or stewed cabbage.
Method of preparation:
1. For the filling, grind all the ingredients in a blender.
2. For the base, boil the potatoes until tender. Optionally, you can add chopped carrots. After cooking, drain the water, add salt and mash the mixture.
3. Add eggs and flour to the cooled mashed potatoes. Stir until smooth - the dough will be quite sticky.
4. Prepare a plate with flour. Spoon out the dough and make a so-called layer.
5. Put the filling in the middle and form a pie. Flatten it slightly. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
6. Brush the potato patties with egg. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. If desired, you can fry in a frying pan.
7. Serve with sour cream, yogurt or fresh vegetables.
