  • Potatoes - 2 pieces
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Onions - 1 piece
  • Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
  • Split peas - 1.5 cups
  • Chicken - 300 g

  • Bay leaves - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the peas and soak them in cold water for at least an hour.

2. Wash the meat and put it to cook with the peas. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 50-60 minutes.

3. Chop the onion and grate the carrots.

4. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil. Add salt, pepper and turmeric.

5. Cut the potatoes.
