American pancakes are a dish that has become a real trend in recent years. They are cooked more often than pancakes. The structure of pancakes is very soft, fluffy, and tender. But for the dish to turn out exactly like this, you need to follow a special cooking technique.

Famous Ukrainian pastry chef Liza Hinska shared the secrets of perfect pancakes on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 50 g (1 pc)
  • kefir – 200 ml (1 glass)
  • baking soda – 1/3 tsp
  • sugar – 2 tbsp
  • flour – 170 g (1 tbsp)
  • vegetable oil – 20 ml (1 tbsp)
  • salt – a pinch
  • berries, powdered sugar – 15 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a measuring cup: egg, kefir, sugar, oil, flour, salt, baking soda.

2. Beat with a blender until smooth.

3. Pour the batter into a slightly warm frying pan, and cover with a lid.

4. When the pancake is slightly golden, turn it over.

5. Add 1 tsp of water, cover, and cook for a few more minutes.

6. Serve with Nutella and berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
