To begin with, let's note what is the main thing in the preparation of this dish:

  • dry yeast
  • Ossetian cheese

Ingredients:

  • dill - 150 g
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • green onions - 150 g
  • butter - 50 g
  • Ossetian cheese - 150 g
  • dry yeast - 7 g
  • kefir - 250 ml
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • butter - 50 g
  • wheat flour - 2 cups

Method of preparation:

  1. Dough: Dissolve the yeast in 0.5 cups of kefir.
  2. Sift the flour, add salt, pour in the kefir, yeast, and softened butter, mix thoroughly, and knead the dough with your hands.
  3. Put it in a large bowl, cover with cling film, and leave it for 1.5-2 hours to "rise" well.
  4. Filling: wash all the greens and chop them finely. Grate the cheese and add it to the filling, mix thoroughly.
  5. Roll out the finished dough well, put the filling, and roll it up properly, namely, stretch the ends of the pie with your hands and gradually pull them to the center, pinch them gently with wet hands so that the filling does not fall out.
  6. Grease a baking dish with butter, transfer the cake, make sure to make a hole in the middle, insert a tube, and send it to bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
