How to cook odorless liver with potatoes: an easy way
Usually, meat and potatoes are baked. It can be chicken or pork, but it is cooked in the oven. You can also make a full-fledged festive dish out of fried potatoes by adding liver. These flavors go very well together, and it doesn't take much time to cook.

Fried potatoes with liver:
- small potatoes - 1 kg
- beef liver - 800 g
- onions - 2 pcs.
- mushrooms - 250 g
- cream 22% - 1 glass
- oil
- flour
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation:
1. In a separate bowl, mix the potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Microwave for 8-10 minutes at maximum temperature.
2. Remove the film from the liver and cut it into equally thin slices. Roll all the slices in flour.
3. Preheat, then put the liver. Cook for 2-3 minutes over high heat on each side. Turn off the heat and leave the liver under the lid.
4. Chop the onion and mushrooms. Remove the liver from the pan, fry the onions and mushrooms.
5. Bring the mushrooms to golden brown, add the onion, and fry.
6. Season and add cream, cook until thickened. Put the liver and potatoes on a plate, and pour the sauce on top.
