Homemade noodles with meat and cheese
Noodles are a well-known product for every Ukrainian, because, firstly, they cook quickly, and secondly, they go well with different foods. Thanks to this you get the most delicious dishes, such as Lagman.
Farmer and cook Olena Boichenko shared a recipe for delicious noodles with brynza, which will turn out to be simply delicious.
What does the expert advise to add to the dish?
- bacon or underbelly.
Ingredients for the noodles
- flour - 200 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- yolks - 2 pcs.
- salt - 2 g
- oil - 1 tbsp.
- sheep cheese - 100 g
- underbelly or lard - 50 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Beat the egg and yolks well, add salt and oil.
- Sift the flour immediately onto the table, make a well in it, pour in the egg mixture, and knead the dough well. Afterward, be sure to let it "come up" for 20 minutes.
- After the time has elapsed, divide it into 3-4 pieces and roll each one well as thin as possible. Leave it for 10-15 minutes to dry.
- Then cut the dough into strips up to 5 mm. Be sure to unroll each strip and place it on a floured surface so that the noodles dry well.
- Boil water, and throw the noodles in for 3-4 minutes only. Then put them in a colander and let the excess liquid drain.
- Dice the bacon or underbelly and fry well until golden brown, add the noodles, stir, salt and pepper to taste.
Before serving, add the most important ingredient of this dish – cheese.
