How to cook Mimosa salad in a new way: we share the best and easiest recipe for a light salad
One of the most delicious, simple, homemade and light salads is Mimosa, which is based on the classic version of canned fish, eggs, vegetables and mayonnaise. This dish can also be prepared in a new way, for example, by adding a sour apple, you will give the salad a completely different flavor.
Culinary expert Kateryna Mull shared a new recipe for Mimosa salad on Instagram, with tuna, green onions, and natural yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- canned tuna - 170 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- green onions - a bunch
- green apples - 1 pc.
- sour cream, yogurt
Method of preparation:
1. Boil and grate the eggs.
2. Peel and grate the apple on a coarse grater.
3. Finely chop the onion.
4. Assemble the salad: first tuna, then egg, apple, egg, onion, and spread sour cream between each layer. Put the salad in the fridge for a few hours!
