How to cook Mimosa deliciously: we share the simplest recipe
Mimosa salad is one of the simplest and most delicious salads that is very easy and quick to prepare from budget products. In the classic version, the dish is prepared with canned sardines and melted cheese. But if you don't like canned food, you can replace it with baked mackerel or salted salmon.

Ingredients:
- carrots - 3 pcs.
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- canned sardines - 250 g
- processed cheese - 150 g
- eggs - 3-4 pcs.
- mayonnaise - to taste
- parsley - a bunch
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the vegetables, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.
2. Assemble the salad: lay out the potatoes, spread the mayonnaise on top, smooth with a spoon, top with sardines, parsley, carrots and mayonnaise. The next layer is melted cheese, boiled grated proteins, and mayonnaise.
3. Sprinkle grated egg yolks over the salad.
