How to cook mackerel so that the fish is juicy: the easiest recipe
Mackerel is a very healthy and tasty fish that contains many essential vitamins and minerals. The fish can be cooked in different ways – baked with vegetables, stuffed, and grilled.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked mackerel with potatoes and mayonnaise sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- mackerel - 1 pc.
- potatoes - 600 g
- onion
- seasoning for potatoes
Sauce:
- mayonnaise or sour cream - 100 g
- grainy mustard - 1 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- salt, and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes a little, put them in a baking dish.
2. Mix everything for the sauce.
3. Put the mackerel fillets on the potatoes, sprinkle with spices, and top with the sauce.
4. Cook in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
