- mackerel fillets - 4 pcs.
- oil -35 ml
- paprika - 2 tsp.
- coriander seeds - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce: oil, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, mix.
2. Lubricate the fillet with the resulting sauce.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Method of preparation:
