Mackerel is a very healthy, tasty, and budget-friendly fish that can be cooked in different ways, such as salted, marinated, and baked. It also goes well with vegetables, herbs, cereals, and sauces.

How to cook mackerel deliciously

Cook Anastasiia shared on Instagram a recipe for juicy, soft, and delicious mackerel that you can easily cook in the oven and on the grill.

Ingredients:

  • mackerel

  • suneli hops

  • vegetable oil

Method of cooking on the grill:

1. Gut the fish, and wash it well inside and out.

2. Then cut it lengthwise into 2 fillets.

3. Season well with salt and sprinkle the fillets generously with hops suneli on both sides.

4. Drizzle with oil, cover the fillets with a bag/foil, and leave for 20-30 minutes.

5. After filleting, place on a clean wire rack and bake until tender, turning several times.

How to bake fish on a grid

In the oven:

1. Don't cut the fish into fillets, just gut it well, wash it and brush it with spices and salt, and add a little oil – inside and out.
