Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs
- eggs – 1 pc
- onion – 1 pc
- milk – 80 ml
- flour – 1 tbsp
- salt, spices
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the fillet, eggs, onion, and milk in a blender until smooth.
2. Add salt, spices and flour. Mix well.
3. Put the resulting mass into a pastry bag. Put the sausages in a frying pan.
4. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
Another idea for chicken sausages was posted on the leeroza culinary blog on Instagram. The dish can be cooked in two ways: in the oven and on the grill. They add that chicken sausages cooked in the first way are much juicier and less caloric.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 500 g
- onion – 1 pc
- cream – 70 ml
- butter – 50 g
- salt – 2/3 tsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
- spices
- starch – 1.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the fillet and onion in a blender.
2. Add cream, butter, sugar, salt, spices and starch. Beat in a blender. Beat off the minced meat.
3. Put the sausages in silicone molds.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
