Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 2 pcs
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • milk – 80 ml
  • flour – 1 tbsp
  • salt, spices

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the fillet, eggs, onion, and milk in a blender until smooth.

2. Add salt, spices and flour. Mix well.

Cooking process

3. Put the resulting mass into a pastry bag. Put the sausages in a frying pan.

4. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.

  • cream – 70 ml
  • butter – 50 g
  • salt – 2/3 tsp
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • spices
  • starch – 1.5 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the fillet and onion in a blender.

2. Add cream, butter, sugar, salt, spices and starch. Beat in a blender. Beat off the minced meat.

Cooking process

3. Put the sausages in silicone molds.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
