Very often, liver dishes are bitter because they are not properly prepared for cooking. In order to prevent the liver from giving a bitter taste, it needs to be washed well and soaked in milk.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious liver with plums, spices, and onions on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 100 g of wine (50 in onions/50 liver)
- thyme
- liver 500-600 g
- 1 tsp of balsamic
- plums
Method of preparation:
1. Chop and fry the onion, add the thyme and wine.
2. Fry the liver in a separate pan, add the wine at the end and cook until it evaporates.
3. Put the fried onions in the mold first, then the fried liver, add the thyme and cover with plums.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees (in a preheated oven).
