Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion
  • 100 g of wine (50 in onions/50 liver)
  • thyme
  • liver 500-600 g
  • 1 tsp of balsamic
  • plums

Method of preparation:

1. Chop and fry the onion, add the thyme and wine.
