Cooking method:
- Cut the liver into medium pieces.
- Cut the onion into half rings. Fry it until golden brown.
- Add sugar, salt, and baking soda to the liver. Mix thoroughly.
- Remove the onion from the heat, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry the liver on both sides.
- Leave the liver with the onion to infuse.

- Water - 200 ml

How to cook:
