Liver is a very healthy product that both adults and children should add to their diet. The taste of this meat is quite specific and not everyone likes it, but if you combine the right products, you can cook really tasty and attractive dishes that your kids will definitely like.

1. Rinse the liver well and simmer it for 15-20 minutes.
2. Sauté onions, carrots and mushrooms in butter. Add garlic at the end.
3. Beat garlic with sautéed vegetables in a blender.
4. Add nutmeg, smoked paprika, and cream cheese.
5. Beat well, lowering the blender slowly.
Liver soup
1. Stew onions, carrots and chicken liver in butter.
2. Pour water into the pan, add carrots, potatoes, and the cooked liver with vegetables.
3. Bring to a boil, add the beaten egg and stir.
4. Sprinkle with fresh dill at the end.
Liver and vegetable soufflé
1. Stew chicken or rabbit liver with onions and carrots in butter for 7-10 minutes.
2. Boil broccoli and green peas.
3. Bast the liver and the green vegetables separately.
4. Beat the white of 1 egg until thick.
5. Carefully mix the remaining part with the vegetable puree and pour it into silicone mold.
6. Mix the other part of the white with the liver.
7. Pour the second layer in the mold.
8. Bake for 15-25 minutes.
Liver bread
1. Sauté carrots, onions and garlic in butter separately.
2. Put 300-400 g of liver, sautéed vegetables, celery stalks, egg, a little chickpea flour (you can take any kind, but it is useful for the balance of the Healthy Eating Plate) and spinach in a blender bowl.
3. Whisk, add carrots, pumpkin in small cubes, 1 tbsp of soaked flax, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts, black and white sesame seeds.
4. Mix and pour into silicone mold.
5. Bake at 160-180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
