How to cook liver in 20 minutes: an easy way
Liver is a rather specific product that is not easy to cook. And even if you keep it on the stove for a long time, the structure can turn out tough and dry. Therefore, to make the dish tasty and go well with all the other foods on the plate, you need to choose the right ingredients and technology.
The idea was published on the Instagram page of blogger Uliana Verbytska (verbytska.pro). The recipe uses chicken liver – it is very tender and cooks the fastest.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver – 400 g
- onion – 1 pc
- apple – 1 pc
- cognac – 50 g
- a sprig of rosemary
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onion and rosemary in butter.
2. Add the apples and cook until the vegetable is tender.
3. Put the liver, salt, and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
4. Pour in the cognac, and cook until the liquid evaporates.
