How to cook liver deliciously: recipe for a healthy and easy salad
Adding liver to a salad is the best solution for those who do not like this product because of its bitter taste. When properly fried, the liver is very soft and tender. And when combined with vegetables, it is very pleasant and sweet.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 300 g
- cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Iceberg lettuce (or Chinese cabbage)
- chicken eggs - 3-4 pcs
Dressing:
- olive oil - 120 ml
- natural honey - 2-3 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.
- garlic - 1 clove
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the eggs and then cut them into medium pieces.
2. Cut the tomatoes in half.
3. Fry the liver until tender.
4. Mix lettuce, eggs, tomatoes and liver.
5. For the dressing, beat all the ingredients in a blender.
6. Dress the salad.
