How to cook liver deliciously in three minutes: a recipe from Olha Matvii
One of the healthiest and most delicious foods is liver. It contains many essential vitamins and minerals that the body needs. It can be eaten in any form: boiled, fried, stewed, and made into delicious pates, dumplings, pies, and added to salads. But it is worth remembering that if it is not properly peeled, it can make any dish bitter, so you should know a few rules that will help you avoid this.
Cook Olha Matvii shared on her YouTube channel a recipe for delicious liver that takes only 3 minutes to cook, and it will be soft and without bitterness.
Ingredients:
- Sunflower oil – 2-3 tbsp
- Onions – 1-2 pcs
- Liver – 500 g
- Salt – to taste
- Flour – 5 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the liver.
2. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
3. Heat a frying pan, pour in the oil, put the onion, and start frying it, do not turn it over, this will create a perfect onion pillow.
4. Season the chopped liver with salt and pepper and mix well.
5. Next, roll it in flour, put it on the onion, let it set a little, and mix.
6. Cook the liver until soft, you can cover it with a lid, so the liver will be even softer.
