Food blogger Yulia (cooking_by_yuliya) shared a recipe for lean mushroom cutlets without eggs, bread, or flour on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- champignons - 500 g
- oatmeal - 1 glass
- hot water - 1 glass
- carrot
- onion
- garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Cover the oatmeal with hot water.
2. Chop the mushrooms and vegetables. First fry the carrots with onions and garlic until soft, then add the mushrooms and fry until the water has completely evaporated.
3. Then mix the mushrooms with oatmeal. Form cutlets.
4. Roll them in flour and fry in a pan.
