Ingredients
- 5-9% cottage cheese - 350 g
- egg - 1 pc
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- corn flour - 2 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation
1. Rub cottage cheese thoroughly with your hands. You can also use a sieve, but the structure of the lazy dumplings will be much better if you use your hands.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
3. Form the balls.
4. Put the lazy dumplings in boiling salted water.
5. Once the dumplings are on the surface of the pan, cook for another 4-5 minutes.
6. Take the dumplings out of the water and add lots of butter.
