How to cook khachapuri with raw yolk so that it does not spread: we share the technology

Khachapuri is prepared simply in the form of a round cake or in the form of a boat. In the second version, the raw yolk inside is an invariable addition to the dough base. But you need to bake the product so that the egg does not spread.

The idea of making the perfect khachapuri in the oven is published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Evgenia Kukuruzkina (e.kukuruzkina). The dough is made with yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 5% - 100 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • natural yogurt - 1 glass
  • wheat flour - 40 g
  • cottage cheese - 20-30 g
  • salt, spices, herbs - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese, flour, white of 1 egg, salt, spices until smooth.

2. Form a boat.

3. Brush the edges of the boat with egg yolk and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. Remove.

5. Grease the boat with yogurt, sprinkle with cheese.

6. Beat the egg, sprinkle with spices and herbs.

7. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

8. Watch the egg for doneness and the oven.
