Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 300g
  • Mushrooms – 500g
  • Cream – 300 ml
  • Corn starch – 20g
  • Salt and pepper

For the pancakes:

  • Milk – 280 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Egg white – 1 pc
  • Rice flour  100 g
  • Coconut oil – 10 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the pancakes and fry the pancakes.
  2. Cook the fillet and chop it finely.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  4. Fry the mushrooms with the chicken until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Add cream and starch. Simmer until the mass thickens.
  6. Put it in the form of a cake: first the pancake, then the filling.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.

  • Hamburger buns – 6 pcs
  • Chicken fillet (boiled) – 1 pc
  • Mushrooms – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • Cream – 100 ml
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet and fry it.
  2. Finely chop one onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the onion and season with salt. When the mushrooms are almost ready, add the fillet and pour the cream, simmer for up to 10 minutes. Let it brew.
  4. Cut off the top of the buns and clean out the entire middle, leaving a basket.
  5. Fill the buns with the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
