How to cook juicy chicken thighs: an exclusive recipe shared by Valeriy Ponomar
Chicken meat is dietary, low-fat and low-calorie. It is often chosen for cooking various dishes, baking and frying. But the product can often turn out to be overdried and bland. To avoid this, you should combine the meat with the right ingredients.
The secrets of cooking juicy chicken meat were shared exclusively for OBOZREVATEL by the famous Ukrainian food blogger Valeriy Ponomar.
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs - 400 g
- zucchini - 1/2 pc
- bell pepper or sweet pepper - 1 pc
- ginger - 20 g
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- corn starch - 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- sweet chili sauce - 1 tbsp
- juice of one orange
- sugar - 1 tsp (preferably cane sugar)
Cooking method:
1. Fry the thighs in a hot frying pan until golden brown.
2. Add the ginger, cut into strips, and finely chopped garlic.
3. When a pleasant aroma appears, add zucchini and bell pepper.
4. Cook for about 5 minutes to a minimum and simmer for 6-7 minutes with the lid on.
