If you want the fillet to be very juicy, soft and delicious, cooks advise preparing it with cheese, vegetables, herbs, sour cream, and spices.
A cook shared a recipe for a very juicy and delicious fillet with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- champignons - 4-5 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- sour cream
- cheese (mozzarella - 1/2 package)
- dried garlic + spices for chicken to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Lay out thin slices of fillet in a mold. Add spices and sour cream on top to taste.
2. Fry mushrooms a little so that there is not a lot of excess liquid.
3. Put cherry tomatoes, onion rings and fried mushrooms on top of the meat. Sprinkle grated cheese and pour the sour cream and garlic sauce over.
Bake at 180 C for about 20-30 minutes.
