How to cook homemade loaf: recipe for successful dough

Everyone loves a delicious, fresh and soft loaf, but not everyone knows that it can be made very easily at home. You just need to make a good dough and bake it properly.

Cook Yulia shared a recipe for a successful homemade loaf, which you can make very simply and quickly, on Instagram.

Cook's tip: place a pan of hot water in the bottom of the oven. And for a nice color, you can add a little turmeric to the dough!

Ingredients:

  • flour - 400 g
  • warm water - 125 ml
  • warm milk - 125 ml
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • yeast - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Mix water with milk, add yeast and sugar and mix well.

2. Sift flour, add it to the dough and knead well.

3. Add oil and salt and mix again.

4. Leave the dough for 1 hour to rise well.

5. Afterwards, mix it again and leave it for another 30-40 minutes.

6. Form the loaf with your hands, make cuts and leave it to rise for another 30-40 minutes.

7. Be sure to grease it with milk and water.

8. Bake at 200 C for 20-25 minutes.
