How to cook healthy spring vegetables deliciously
Spring is the season of healthy and tasty young vegetables that can be used to make delicious stews, salads, casseroles, and soups. You can also simply bake them in the oven or grill.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious stewed vegetables with spices that will be very hearty on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- carrot
- zucchini
- onion
- mushrooms
- sweet pepper
- garlic salt with herbs
- seasoning for stews
- Mexican-style spice mix and Korean-style vegetable spice mix
- ketchup
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables coarsely. Add spices and salt.
2. Fry the onion and garlic, add carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, pepper, ketchup, spices and simmer for 20 minutes.
You can eat it hot or cold!
