Ingredients:
- Fish fillets
- Butter
- Frozen vegetables – broccoli, green peas, beans
- Cream
- Grated cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter in a preheated frying pan, add a sprig of rosemary, if available. Put the fish fillets and fry for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a saucepan and add the frozen vegetables and 50 ml of water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables turn bright green and defrost.
3. Then add cream and grated cheese and cook for another minute.
