How to cook hake to make it a real gourmet dish

Hake is a fairly popular and budget-friendly fish. Traditionally, it is stewed or fried, but this product can also be used to make a truly spectacular dish. Gourmet tiger prawns can be replaced with crab sticks, and ordinary instant noodles can be used as a side dish - it will be delicious.

Ravshan Khamidov, a famous chef, shared the idea of cooking this fish on his Instagram page.

Delicious hake.

Ingredients:

  • hake - 100 g
  • crab sticks - 20 g
  • instant noodles - 70 g
  • onion - 20 g
  • carrots - 20 g
  • sunflower oil - 20 g
  • green onions - 5 g
  • soy sauce - 20 ml
  • sugar - 10 g
  • lemon juice - 5 ml

Method of preparation:

Preparation.

1. Cut the onions and carrots into thin strips.

2. Chop the crab sticks and fry in sunflower oil.

3. Steam the noodles and add them to the vegetables together with soy sauce, lemon juice, and sugar.

4. Turn off the heat and stir.

5. Clean the hake's backbone from all the bones. Make cuts along the body.

6. Salt, roll in flour, and fry in a large amount of oil until golden brown. Dry, and brush with the sauce.

7. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

8. Gently roll the noodles in a circle and put the fish on top.
