The cook shared a recipe for a delicious baked fish with vegetables and cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Any fish fillet - 6-7 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 120-150 g.
- Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
- Dill - a few sprigs.
- Sour cream or mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper, fish seasoning
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the fillet, rinse it, be sure to pat it dry with a paper towel.
2. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the fish in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper and add your favorite spices.
3. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, grated cheese, chopped dill (you can also add a clove of garlic) and sour cream. Add salt and mix well.
4. Put the filling on each piece of fish and bake for 25 minutes at 180 C.
