Ingredients:
- 3-4 hake carcasses
- 1 onion
- 1-2 carrots
- sweet pepper
- 180 ml of tomato paste
- spices for fish
- salt
- water
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the fish, cut off the fins, and cut the fish into pieces.
2. Chop the vegetables as well. Fry the onion first, then add the carrots and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Add tomato paste, bell pepper, spices, salt and mix well.
3. Put the fish to the vegetables and cover with hot water (the water should almost cover the fish). Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
