Hake is a very budget-friendly and tasty fish that can be cooked in different ways: with vegetables, cheese, sauce, spices, or simply fried in batter.
Cook Olena shared on Instagram a recipe for juicy and tasty hake with vegetables and cheese, which is cooked in the oven.
Ingredients:
- hake fillet – 250 g (2-3 pcs)
- carrot – 1 pc
- onion – 1 pc
- tomatoes – 200 g (2 pcs)
- hard cheese – 60 g
- sour cream 10% – 1 tbsp ⠀
- lemon juice – 1 tsp
- salt and pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:⠀
1. Clean the fish, cut it into large pieces, remove the bones.
2. Cut carrots into slices, onions into half rings, and tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheese.
3. Put carrots in the baking dish, fish on top, lemon juice, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, spices, and sprinkle with hard cheese.
4. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C.
The fish will be very soft and juicy.
