How to cook hake deliciously in the oven: an idea for a hearty lunch or dinner
Hake is considered a fairly versatile and budget-friendly fish. It can be cooked any way you like: steamed, fried in batter, or stewed. However, the fish tastes just as good when baked in the oven. Dietary, easy and low-calorie.
The recipe for baked hake under a cheese pillow was published on one of the food and nutrition blogs (cook_enjoying) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- hake fillet – 6 pcs
- eggs – 2 pcs
- yogurt\sour cream – 1 tbsp
- hard cheese – 100 g
- salt, spices
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into pieces.
2. Add salt and spices to the fillet. Stir to combine.
3. Place the fillets in the bottom of the baking dish.
4. Mix eggs, yogurt, grated cheese, salt and spices separately. Spread evenly over the fillets.
5. Bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
